PANDORA HRM is built for hotels of up to about 1,000 staff. It keeps records for Vietnamese employees, expatriates, interns and casuals with the documents each group needs and warns 60/30/15/7 days before a contract, visa or work permit expires. Attendance arrives in real time from Ronald Jack / ZKTeco clocks; the timesheet engine handles straight, split and overnight shifts, late/early minutes and night hours, and flags suspicious punches.

Staff use the phone app to see their roster, timesheet and payslip and to submit leave, shift-swap, attendance-explanation and overtime requests that flow HOD to HR and straight into the timesheet. Payroll applies OT rates, night and split-shift allowances, service-charge distribution, social insurance and the Vietnamese PIT rules, and exports bank transfer files and payslips. Eight hotel HR forms are digitised with multi-level approval and e-signatures.
