AMBE Core Supply
In developmentReleased on iOSReleased on AndroidHotel e-procurement and inventory: requisitions, approvals, receiving, stock and stocktake.
AMBE Core Supply covers the purchasing and store cycle of a hotel. Departments raise store requisitions or purchase requests (including daily market lists with a cut-off time); the request runs through an approval workflow that the admin configures per department, document type and value, with delegation when a manager is away and SLA reminders. Purchasing consolidates requests, applies blanket agreements, compares at least three quotes and issues the PO, which goes out to the supplier as a signed PDF.
Receiving staff check goods in on a phone at the loading dock: scan the PO, record quantity, temperature, batch and expiry, photograph rejected items. With the inventory module on, stock is valued at moving average cost, issued FEFO, transferred between stores and counted in blind stocktakes with recount and variance approval. Accounts match PO, GRN and invoice before payment.
