Internal staff portal for a hotel: documents, contracts, chat, notifications and approvals in one place.

Hospitality eOffice is the back-office portal for a hotel of roughly 150 staff. It holds the document archive with folders, sharing and preview, contract files with attachments, support tickets, training materials, user requests and duty logs and checklists with review flows. Staff chat with each other, receive live notifications and see pending-review counters, and membership-programme sales are tracked with commissions and PDF/Excel exports.

It runs as one Node.js application on Plesk hosting with MySQL, and the same site is packaged as Android and iOS apps for staff phones with push notifications. Every screen and dialog carries a help button that opens the bilingual (EN/VI) handbook. Releases are audited for security and load, with automated tests covering each fix.
