HERA tracks an organisation's assets through their whole life: goods receipt, issue to a department, transfer, repair, stocktake and disposal. Each step is signed with a PIN and a stored signature image and produces a PDF record. Every asset gets a QR label (printable as PDF or ZPL/TSPL for label printers); scanning it shows the asset, all equivalent units across every store and their status. Stores form a tree of unlimited depth, so a report on a parent store rolls up every store beneath it.

The depreciation module follows Vietnamese Circular 45/2013: cost components, 12 asset-class frames, straight-line, declining-balance, sum-of-years and units-of-production methods, monthly/quarterly/yearly runs with preview, reversal and automatic scheduling. Nine reports export to Excel and PDF or by email. It runs on the web and as iPhone and Android apps, in Vietnamese and English, with a help button on every screen.
