Library lending, QR-coded book copies and a POS for books and religious souvenirs.

A library system designed for a Catholic library of 1,800+ titles. Each title holds author, translator, original title, publisher, table of contents and up to three photos; each physical copy has its own code and QR label, so the system knows exactly which copy is on loan, for sale or damaged. The catalogue is imported from the existing Word list with automatic clean-up of shelf codes, edition marks and dates.

Readers search by any word, including text inside the table of contents, and scan a book's QR to see it and request a loan. Staff lend and return by scanning the reader card and the books; overdue items turn red and reminders are emailed. Surplus copies can be switched to sale, and a shared point-of-sale sells books and souvenirs on one invoice with cash or bank QR payment. Scheduled email reports and one-click backup are built in.
