Maintenance and housekeeping job orders with a live room map, escalation matrix and emergency alert.

AREMIS gives engineering and housekeeping one place to log and follow work. The room map shows every room by floor with its status (vacant/occupied, clean/dirty, maintenance requested, out of order, VIP) synchronised from the PMS through exported files over SFTP. Job orders are grouped by trade (plumbing, electrical, AC, IT, carpentry and more), tracked from open to done, and escalated through a configurable L1/L2/L3 matrix when the SLA is missed.

The dashboard shows open and overdue jobs, cleaning done today, in-house guests, assets and lost-and-found items. An emergency button raises a hotel-wide alert that staff acknowledge and resolve, delivered over WebSocket and push. The system runs on Node.js with MySQL and ships with an Android app whose server URL is set at first login. A preventive-maintenance module with rounds, checkpoints and Not-Ok-to-job-order has been specified for the next phase.
